Very pleased to announce a new song from Jake's forthcoming album. "Price of Living" is released on 1st March, 2021.

Jake says about the song, "Well, believe it or not, it’s a song about the cost of living! People buying multiple houses and selling them off for more money. I guess it's also a bit of a dig at these socialites and models who just don’t contribute anything to society. A very cheery song!"
